Question: Which is less fattening and better on a diet?
Coffee with semi skimmed milk with 1 or 2 sweeteners
Cuppa Tea with semi skimmed milk with 1 or 2 sweeteners????

Have a balanced diet, life style and start:
1.No fats.
2. Only white proteins like fish or chicken.
3. Fresh vegetables and fruits.
4. Very little bread.
5. Daily seven kilometers brisk walk/ game like tennis or swimming.
6. No white sugar or fluids/sweet dishes made from sugar.
7. Four liters fresh/ Mineral water or fresh juices, avoid Cola or sweet s
8. Take five meals /day and never keep stomach fully empty, however it should always remain slightly empty.
9. Never take fried & junk food.
10. Deep sleep for at least six hours.
11. Think positive and keep smiling.



What do you mean? Both are 0 calorie bases, both are mostly water, both probably have caffeine. Neither are fattening in any way, but I'd have to say coffee is better because it suppresses your appetite. I'll drink a cup of coffee and be totally full for a surprisingly long time...however not when I drink tea.



Both are the same if you're adding the same amount of milk/ sweetener's.
If you're reffering to tea as "herbal tea", definatly go with herbal tea (eg: Green tea), otherwize i'd go with the coffee (not flavoured coffee). Coffee has some "antioxident's"

Both will be about the same, really depends how much milk you use.
