Question: How can I lose my weight without skipping meals?
friends, I am looking for a way to reduce my weight. But I don't wanna skip my meals. I'm sure there are ways, but can someone please help me in this? Thanks.

It is important to not skip any meals since that can lead to over-eating in later meals and leaves a person with insufficient energy to exercise.

I just read a very good book that describes how you can lose 10% of your body fat within 30 days without skipping a single meal. The book is titled "The Diet Solution Program" and it is written by well-known nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios.

The 3 main principles about how to burn fat and lose weight are:

1. Knowing the exact foods that cause accelerated fat burning
2. Knowing the exact foods that preventing fat burning
3. Combine the right foods together in a certain way to get the whole fat burning effect.

There are too many foods to classify them all within this answer, but there is a free video on Mrs. Del Los Rios' web site (http://the-diet-solutions-program.org) that will give you a good idea about which foods to seek and which foods to avoid. And of course her book is an excellent reference for classifying foods as either fat burning (or not).

Another reason I bought this book is because it comes with a 14 day meal plan (actually 12 days of meals plus 2 "cheat days") that give great examples of how to eat healthy every day (without skipping a single meal of course). And the meals are delicious, economical and easy to prepare. This is critical for me to avoid abandoning the diet plan after 1 week. That is also why this diet is easy to lose weight and easy to keep the weight off forever.

Be aware of the calorie content in your food - keep a record of what you eat for a week and figure out how many calories a day you average. To lose weight, reduce the calorie count. Do that by cutting back on fats and sugars. Eat more vegetables. And get more exercise. You don't have to work out for hours, just walk more. Park at the back of the parking lot and walk. Take stairs instead of elevators.

Eat SLOW. You'll eat less and feel more satisfied. Savor the flavor!

You don't have to do without foods you like, just eat less of them. If you go out for fast food, throw half the fries away before you start.
If you drink a lot of soda, try mixing the diet version with the regular version, and gradually switch to diet only. That way the difference in taste is less noticeable and you adapt faster.
Have baked chips or pretzels instead of cheetos/fritos/regular potato chips, and eat less of them. If you get a single serve bag, throw some away before you eat any. Get small bags, not big ones.

Don't skip meals! That sets you up to fail because you end up so hungry you overeat.

Studies show the single most effective thing you can is to eat breakfast every day. Your metabolism needs fuel and if you skip breakfast, it burns muscle and stores extra fat because it thinks it is starving! So eat breakfast within half an hour of getting up.



Stick with the basics,
*Hard boiled eggs:no yolk,Egg whites, Lean meats

*Stay away from starchy foods:white rice,sugary drinks,tortillas of any kind,candy

*Eat whole grains opposed to whole wheat.

*Try to eat less processed carb based foods

*Veggies are you friend

* You may want to consider doing low carb for 2 weeks can lose anywhere from 10-14 pounds if done right

Reduce the carbohydrate intake and eat high fiber foods! Try only eating 1 oz of meat a meal and eat the rainbow of veggies a day! Its hard and takes a lot of effort consistency and self control but in the end its worth it! I went from 230 lbs to 110 lbs in 6 months. But remember to exercise every day! Take plenty of walks and drink tons of water! :)



Smaller portions. Drink a glass of water before starting the meal. Whole grains instead of refined flours. Meat portioned to the size of the palm of your hand. Avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup. Put down your fork/spoon between bites, stretching the time it takes to eat your meal. Avoid fast food and already prepared food in favor of cooking your meal from scratch.



Instead of skipping meals cut down and make it healthier. For example instead of having a snack of a chocolate bar have a banana instead! Drink lots of water and a key way is exercise. Try to do atleast an hour a day and your weight should improve :)



i think u really have to watch what you eat for a while...my mom wuld eat healthy all week and work out a bunch then on sundays she wuld cheat. it really worked! she lost i think like 35 pounds. but dont just pig out, though. lol



well obviously exercise is a great way to start. and eating healthy food. and it depends on how old you are, if you are a boy or a girl ect. look it up.



Don1t skip meals, just eat less at every meal.
And do some kind of exercise regurarly.



Eat healthy meals with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Get exercise at least 3 times per week. Drink a lot of water.
