Question: Will a bicycle exercise machine help me lose weight?
My parents are going to buy on of those. I wanted an elliptical machine, but the decision is final. Anyways, I want to lose about 8-10 pounds was wondering if it will help me lose weight. And how long should I be on the machine?

Judging from your question you must be pretty young . If that's the case I would highly recommend that you avoid low fat diets or low carb diets .

Exercising alone will not help you lose weight but will tone / sculpture your body to a perfection but it must be accompanied by good eating habits . Forget those trendy diets as they may work for a while but in the long run can upset your body system .

Eating is one of the pleasure in life . How miserable it is to have to count the number of peas on your plate when everyone else is woofing down their steaks :-(
