Has anyone lost weight playing Biggest loser on xbox kinect?!


Question: Has anyone lost weight playing Biggest loser on xbox kinect?
Ok so I have started exercising with the biggest loser ultimate workout on xbox kinect. I do 40 min work outs 4 times a week. I also do the slim fast for lunch, cereal for breakfast, 100 cal snacks, in between, and a 500 cal dinner (like slim fast suggest). I have 60 lbs that I'd like to lose.
Has anyone had any luck losing weight playing this game? The workouts r good and intense. Maybe a little too intense, my calfs have been sore for 2 days, from the butt focus exercises.
Any advice on how to make this benefit me would be great. Thank you!!

I have the wii...
I think if we are using the video game to exercise then maybe theres a possibility we can do them wrong and actually hurt our body's because really we are not fitness instructors...( even with the instructors sometimes we get hurt anyway)its hard to know.
So i would say stick with light exercise like walking thats only going to make you feel more alive and lose the fat faster.
my hubby found this system that worked wonders for him and now he is passing it around to all our friends and friends had results, so check it out.
