Can i get a flat stomach/tone by doing this?!


Question: Can i get a flat stomach/tone by doing this?
Im not over weight, im perfectly healthy..ive lost about 20 pounds and im happy with my body overall, except there is still a little bit of flab left on my stomach.
I eat healthy, but because i was trying to maintain my weight, i allowed myself to treats every now and then..but now that im reallly determined to lost my last big of belly fat before prom/summer i have started eating twice as healthy for the most part.
When ever i dont have school, i will exercise at least a half hour by jogging.
and if i do have something going on, i will exercise at night.
i use to do crunches, but i dont anymore cause i can see i have abs underneath so i find no need to do them since its just the layer of fat covering them.
I cant sign up for a gym and its way to cold outside to go out running and do activities.
I have an exercise ball, a gazelle, my house, and some 5 pound weights...

If i continue to eat healthy and exercise like this could i get a flat stomach?
What are some other ways to tone up?
any suggestioins?

Answers:

You need to continue to work the muscles that you want to tone up. Toning your abs will also help your back and improve your posture. Do crunches during each commercial while you're watching TV at night. This can work wonders.



Continue doing crunches. If your fat shows over your abs then you need to do more. And dragon skulls, knee raises, single leg crunches, preacher chair twists, planks, and mountain climbers are all good ab exercises.



Still continue sit-ups and crunches to achieve your goal being forever thin.



Yeah, but it will take a while. I mean, you know how stubborn belly fat is. I have the same problem but I'm fixing it:) Hope I helped:)
