Question: There is a way to lose a weight about a week/s?
I want to lose weight about a week/s without doing weight lifting. And beside, I heard rumors that can lose weight by chewing gum before or after eating food.

Rumor is correct! Chewing gum will work your facial muscles and that's about all you get out of that.
If you want to lose weight consider how much you need to lose and break it down to a more practicable
measure. Then consider what your food intake is. Assuming you don't eat 3 sides of vegetables per meal and you eat 3 unbalanced meals plus soft drinks.
Try 5 smaller meals per day, including 3 side o veg every meal, snack on seasonal fruit between meals and drink water when you feel hungry before a meal is due. Wait a few minutes after fluid consumption and eat if you still feel the same.
Exercise 30 min day at least 2 times a week.
Never eat a meal after 730pm but do snack on seasonal fruits.
Never starve yourself to lose weight.
It only deprives you from hunger and we all know what hunger means.
Eat.



Chewing gum burns a few calories per hour because of the movement. :)
You can lose 1-2 pounds per week if you want to do it healthy and PERMANENTly.
