does this sound good for losing weight?!


Question: Does this sound good for losing weight?
Go to the gym 5 times a week (do zumba, turbo kick, yoga, ab blast just CARDIO CLASSES!!!!!) and maybe run on 3.5-4.0 (speed) for 15-20 mins (i hate running so idk how many times ill do it)
oh and take walks in the park.

--------for diet i cut out ALL sweets and just focus on eating veggie burgers with wheat bread, salads with gorgonzola cheese, fruits, yogurt, rice and beans,veggies, drink lots of water and just a lil of diet sodas.

does that sound okay??. ima start eating healthy today and work on getting my gym membership before march 1st. I want to lose weight by the end of MAY!!! does this sound good?

-----I really need to do this for confidence and over all of feeling good and FIT!!!

This is perfect as you have decided not just to run on the treadmill for hours (it doesn't work) ... if you are doing these classes (mianly aerobic) instead of running why not do some resistance work as this will tone the body and help burn fat.. food is fine... maybe a bit more protein and eat 5-6 times a day (small meals)



You are going to run at 4.0 kmh? Thats really slow... and running is a good exercise to lose weight. Its not like yoga will make you lose weight. Why not try more running and swimming? They're good exercises that will help you lose weight. Add running and swimming and your plan will be ok.



you are trying very hard it seems like you are a determined person!
you have a lot of questions what I think you need is some incentive!
How about losing fat eating the right foods! doing the right exercise!
and then BY MAY have that body you are looking for is POSSIBLE.
DO eat 30g of protein 3 times a day. with "smart carb's" and a 100cal snack 2 times a day
VOILA you have 5 meals!!!
DO walk even if its a little you are going to find out that just getting out of the house will make you feel better and may shed some fat too!
