Question: Having trouble losing weight really annoyed...?
I am 18 years old Male, 5"11 and i weight 256 pounds and i just can't lose wight i don't know what to eat and what exercise to do, Can someone please help me, its really horrible being so overweight sometimes i just look in the mirror and cry...

It is obviously not helping out my dating life i have never had a girlfriend...

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste)



Buy one of those step up things, it's helpful for me, I've been doing about 35 mins every 2-3 days and I'm hoping I'm losing weight, haven't really done it for that long but I really didn't want to join a gym cus of other people
Also, do some sit ups, they're not that difficult and they can be a good way to spend time
With food, try to just cut down on the snacks, eat 3 meals a day obviously just less inbetween foods, hope it helps! :]



its easy to say not do tho but if you can cut sugars down to less then 10 grams or less a day low fats 50-75% of ur daily value low (or high) carbs (before work out )and only 1500 Calories a day plus 4 days a week doing as much cardio you can
PS there is no Special cure for being over Weight its only going to work if you are going to put in the time and effort

I just lost 53 pounds in 3-4 months....and would be happy to share my experience. First of all talk to your doctor. My doctor gave me a rx for phentermine. This will NOT make you lose weight but it will change your appetite. I took it for only a month and by the end of the month, my eating habits changed and how much I ate changed significantly. I did not exercise at all until after losing the weight. I stayed on a STRICT diet....about 1000 calories a day. Although some people will tell you this is not healthy, it certainly is. There are so many foods that you can eat that are low in calories. Celery for example is negative calories. It is low in calories and your body actually exerts more calories to burn it than it consists itself. i had a healthy choice for lunch and dinner. I had egg beaters for breakfast. (a cup of egg beaters is less than 50 calories) If I was hungry I had celery or raw veggies.... take a look at foods on the internet that are low in calories that you can eat so you feel more full. another favorite i ate often was a grilled chicken breast with fresh spinach (from the salad bar) heated up with a teaspoon of mozerella cheese on top. very yummy. stay AWAY from condiments such as BBQ sauce, dressing etc..... three teaspoons of BBQ sauce contain more calories than some of the healthy choice meals.... no kidding... I have to say count count count your calories....it made a huge difference for me. Also, I was overweight for several years, and I know how you feel. Love yourself no matter what. I found a husband who loves me for who I am, not what I look like. Of course, he is happy that I am a nice size 12 now and I am a normal weight.....BUT...... your true beauty (male or female) is in who you are, not what you look like. I know its hard. Society has made everything about what we look like. Love yourself, hapiness comes within before anyone else can make you happy. Good luck to you, count those calories.
