When doing cardio will I lose muscle more if I do it before or after weight lift!


Question: When doing cardio will I lose muscle more if I do it before or after weight lifting?
Answers:

your better off to lift weights first.. you want to use your maximum amount of energy used to workout with the heavy stuff first...

then after training do cardio.. and less cardio because u have already burnt most of your glycogen



you wont loose any muscles
