Exercise motivation tips?!

Question: Exercise motivation tips?
For 2 months I was really good with exercising everyday and eating healthy and I lost a bit of weight like i'd planned... but over the last month or so I became really unmotivated and just started eating everything in sight and put the weight back on, making me really depressed =( ... How can I get re-motivated to start exercising again and control my eating??? Any suggestions helpful!

Answers:

I once hung an outfit that I really wanted to fit in on the wall right in front of my bed. So every morning when I woke up, I was faced with my goal. Cliche, I know, but it worked for a time.

Keeping a diary also helps. In it I wrote what I ate each day, how much I exercised, and a note or two about how I was feeling each day. When I felt my motivation slipping, I would write a detailed passage ranting, and then explaining why, and then writing over and over WHY I wanted to lose weight and all the things I'd be able to do/wear/etc when I was thin. That helped, too.

Sparkpeople.com has a motivation section on their website that you should probably check out. They have things like success stories, dieting/exercising tips, inspirational quotes/image slides, etc... to motivate people.

It also helps having someone to talk to. Someone you could talk to openly, and who'd encourage you to get back on track when you fall off it.

IDK if you're interested, but I'm currently looking for someone who'd be willing to act as my weight-loss email buddy. We'd help motivate each other, keep each other on track, and just be someone the other person could talk to about anything. If you're interested, just send me a message.

Cheers!

Take small amount of meal than your regular meals per day. If you can cut your meals by eating two times per day is better.
Do exercise to burn fats in your body. Do running or jogging at least 4 times per week.

I think you should have a pic of how u want to look and have a pic of how u don't want to look and get some good workout music.
