I need help on weight issues?? Please?!


Question: I need help on weight issues?? Please?
I'm 5'4", almost 160lbs and some of it may be muscle, but I feel fat. I went through Air Force basic training last year and got down to 142lbs, went to tech school and I feel like all the weight I lost came back. I'm even trying to eat healthy, the job I have currently (I got honorably discharged from the Air Force, but getting back in through Reserves) keeps me moving around, and all I've seen is probably some more muscle, but that's it. My mom keeps on me about trying to lose weight getting back in the Air Force and it makes me feel fat. I cannot seem to get this extra weight off, and I want to feel better about myself. I feel horrible. I feel fat, and barely want my boyfriend looking at me, even though he says I look fine. I find that exercising doesnt do much for me unless I go through basic training again...lol. I can't even bear to wear tight-fitting shirts because I want to lose most of my weight in my stomach area, and even my thighs. My highschool class ring from 2008 doesn't even fit my finger anymore and it's a size 7 I think. I wish I could be like I was then. I remember weighing 137lbs in summer of 2008. :(
Are there any diet pills out there that I can buy from like, GNC or somewhere that are FDA approved, safe and effective?? I want to lose at least 15-25lbs in the next two months. AND I want my mom to leave me alone about losing weight for the air force. (stupid weight limits.) Or is there anything else I can take or do to make my goal of 15-25lbs in two months? I really appreciate honest, accurate answers. :)

1st of all pills dont work and the only way is if you eat right healthy no junk food but no starving and u exercise a lot so ur fat turns into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat
