How do i tone my belly so its flat and how long does it take?!


Question: How do i tone my belly so its flat and how long does it take?
Im pretty much skinny, its just i dont like my belly. I want my belly button to be a 'slit' instead of a never ending hole. I hate it when i sit down and i just have one massive lump. I've tryed doing sit ups but i havn't seen no sign of improvement. I did it for a about a month, i don't know how long i have to do it for until i see improvement and i dont know the right technique, please can you help me out? thankyou x

situps will help you ab muscles but will not help with the belly fat that hides the abs.

if you are skinny but not getting regular exercise and not eating the best quality foods, such as fresh veg and fruits and protein then you may have thin arms and legs but still have belly fat.
Its important to realize that some belly fat below the waist is normal and natural for a woman of child bearing age.
to reduce excessive fat:
cut down on junk food and
cut down on bread, wheat products and potatoes (sweet potato is ok)
cut out sugar and no carbonated (fizzy) drinks no diet soda
Drink water or herbal teas instead.
Eat natural foods with lots of fruit vegetables and protein

to tone up think in terms of your whole body, I like kettlebell exercises you can do them anytime and they dont take long so you can do some every day easily

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste)



Sit ups are the best way sweetie. Well youve got to make sure that you are keeping your feet flat on the ground (get someone to sit on them or hpld them down) if you dont do this then it dnt relly count as situps :/ Hope this helps and you get a flat belly :)
