how to lose mid section fat?!

Question: How to lose mid section fat?
I do weights 3 times a week 2 different muscle groups each day, I walk at least 20 minutes a day, I eat every 3 hours small to moderate meals. I have lost a lot of fat off my legs and arms, but there's still quiet a lot of fat in my mid section (abs, pecs, lower back). I would also like to add that i drink plenty of water each day and don't eat a lot of sugar and on some special occasions i eat more than usual, also i run one some days.
I weight 85.5 kg and my height is 180cm
Can someone please help I've been trying to loose this fat section for a year!

Answers:

You need to do a lot of cardio to burn fat. Running and swimming are great ways to burn fat. Apparently, when you are on the treadmill, or even running around the block etc., it is good to sprint for a while (say 2min), and then walk for a while (2min), then sprint, and continue like that. I've heard that's a great way to burn fat.

Leg raises are a very good way to tone the stomach, as they are more difficult than sit ups. This is because the bottom half of the body weighs more than the top half. Try get a hold of a pull up bar for your door or something.

Fat no matter where it's at is just that. Increase you regimen, make sure your meals include 3 sides of vegetables, snack on seasonal fruits between meals asides of the fluids and above all begin to recognize when you are satisfied from eating rather than stopping when you are full. You have reached a plateau in your regimen and your body has become accustomed to it. You'll have to step is up a notch. The meals will help make a big difference. Recommend getting a physical and lab test to determine lack of vitamins and/or nutrients in aiding with burning off fat.
