Question: I'm 13 and I feel like Im fat!! Trying to loose weight?
Hey I'm 13. 125 pounds . 5feet1/2inches. I feel like I am fat... My stomach isn't flat my thighs r big.. Arms a re flabby. I am unhappy with myself! I want to loose weight but I can't seem to stick to one diet. And I really want to loose weight. @ least 15 pounds!!! I want to b fit before the summer... Can I do this in a month? Any suggestions. I need help BAD!!! I want to b skinny.:/

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)



Well when wanting to lose weight diet and exercise are both important. You should be drinking lots of water and eating vegitables. And for exercising swimming and running are both good. Swimming bulids your calves your arms and your tummy muscles. If you do butterfly a lot you will lose the most but it is the hardest stroke. When running you should start at a slow pace maybe 2 mph then get up to atleas 4 mph. I hope this helps and you dont weigh that much it could be a lot worse.



You are 13 for crying out loud.........Why are you so desperate to be skinny?
13 year olds have no business being on a diet unless they are extremely overweight and you are not.
Get off your butt, get off the computer, put the phone down for more than a few seconds and give your thumbs a rest and be a kid and do something...........>



You've got hopes if you think you're gonna lose it in a month.. All you need, however, is will power. Healthy diet, gym or jogging and cardio and just stick to something. You have to be patient but it's worth it.
