Teenage girl: Is 1300 calories with a little exercise okay?!

Question: Teenage girl: Is 1300 calories with a little exercise okay?
Hey :) So I have hypertension (high blood pressure) so my head gets pounding really bad and stufff when I do exercise. So I workout on EA Active about 20 minutes a day, burns about 100 calories, and 20 minutes on the exercise bike (100 more calories).
I try to do more, and I can when I drink lots of water but.. I just forget sometimes :P

So eating 1300ish calories and burning 100-250 a day? Is that healthy?
Here's a sample meal plan:

Breakfast
1 C. Skim Milk
1 C. Frozen Blueberries
(smoothie)
2 TBSP Partly Skim cheese
1 egg
2 egg whites
onion, green pepper, red pepper, etc.
(scrambled eggs)

Morning Snack
Orange

Lunch
1/2 Can of tuna
1 tbsp mayo
1 pita bread

Afternoon snack
Cheese String

Dinner
4 oz chicken breast
green giant veggie steamers (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, in low fat cheese sauce)

Evening Snack
1 C. Milk
1 C. Blueberries
(another smoothie)
and 16 mini crisper chips (rice cake minis)

Good?

Answers:

The variety sounds good, and you're avoiding junk food and sodas, so that's even better. However, that still may not be enough food if you're planning on daily activities.

I link to a summary recommendation of average figures for teen-agers (since you're still growing into adulthood, the common figures you find on the Internet won't apply to you, as they're meant for adults). Carefully read the first paragraph, too.

If you are really busy, you can have this alternative exercise to help you. it will not cost much of your time. All you need to have is a rebounder or a mini trampoline like this http://www.irebounder.com/reboundair-hal… and you are set to go. Eating a lot is not a problem as long as you coupled it with exercise. I suggest you to do rebounding once in a while. Playing on it for 10 minutes could cost you 300-400 calories. Imagine doing it for 1 hr? So basically, its easy to eat a lot and still be in shape by rebounding.
