Ive been feelin really hungry? ?!


Question: Ive been feelin really hungry? ?
every couple of hours ive been feelin hungry, i havent really done much exercise then usual. could it be me eatin foods that raisin metabolism? ive been snackin on a lot of carrot sticks, grapes and celery.

Answers:

it could be either because youre not getting the right amount of nutrition you need.

OR because you're frequent snacking sped up your metabolism.

frequent snacking on little things, even healthy things, speeds up your metabolism. its actually a good thing. it means that your body is asking for food, instead of storing it for future energy usage. just make sure your feed it when it tells you its hungry :p



maybe it could be that you arent getting enough protein or healthy carbs ...

try a peanut butter and banana sandwich on a slice of wheat bread

or a yogurt and fruit smoothie in the blender !
