Weight maintenance after diet?!

Question: Weight maintenance after diet?
I am on a diet issued by my doctor and dietitian until I reach my goal weight. I haven't asked them yet, but I wanted to know when I reach my goal what amount of calories should I stick to? My goal is 150, should I do 1,500? or something else?

Answers:

Almost three months after giving birth, I'm back to 140lbs. It may seem like a lot, but my dress size is 3/4. I don't each much, but I love chocolate and too much of it can pack on pounds. So, I eat fruits like berries, bananas and pineapples, because they're sweet, but natural. Green veggies are also good, but eating them alone can be boring. I started blending spinach in my lemonade, and adding apples or strawberries to my salads. I've also gotten my husband into these methods. It's really about portion control and movement. You have to burn more calories than you intake. For men, the max amount of calories should be 4K and min should be 15K. For women, max amount is 2K and min should be 900.
I walk my dog, bike and play tennis a lot, so that helps with calories burned the fun way. So, minimise your portion intake and maximise your movement. Have a great day and good luck!
