My brother wants to lose weight?!

Hi , I know how you feel. It is a challenge when we fight ourselves and attempt to lose weight. I found with so much information out there on the internet it can be very confusing. If he loses it quickly, it will come back quickly. I lost about 1 and a half stone last summer by drinking water, eating smaller portions and having no snacks and doing a lot of exersise. Still it hasn't come back
