Good way to lose weight?!


Question: Good way to lose weight?
I weigh 182 pounds, and I am 15 years old, 6 feet tall. If I do 30 minutes on the treadmill using 1% incline at 3.6mph, and 15 minutes on the exercise bike, is that a good way to lose weight? If not give me suggestions, I go to "planet fitness" so anything works.
