How can I put on weight?!


Question: How can I put on weight?
I'm a girl, 16, 5'2 and 94 lbs. I literally eat all day non-stop but I just don't put weight on. Why is this? I don't understand, I don't want to get like really fat, just wanna put on a few pounds because people that don't see me everyday think i starve myself and my friends call me anorexic. I know they say it as a joke but i don't like it. Any advice on what kind of stuff i should eat. Normally i just eat anything and everything lol (and I eat a lot of junk food - i though that was supposed to be fattening?) Thanks ;)

I had that problem too at 16. Once I was out of high school my metabolism went down and I gained weight. Eat foods with carbs, but still lift weights because if you do gain weight, if you dont work out it will just look flabby and not the way you want it.



Hi, I'm 11(don't snitch(Male)) and my ideal weight is 30 - 35 kg (I'm 32kg). I work-out alot, therefore, if I didn't work-out I would be undeweight!!! Try exercising the side of your body(covers your ribs, just under your armpit). 2ndly, Don't eat just junkfood, eat meat and stuff like that, that should help. Plus, if you have the WII Fit + , use that more often, it helps weigh more. Hopw this heps!!!!



Don't eat too much that make you want to throw up. Eat bread and whole grains. Eat Italian food also. Pizza can help that too. Good Luck!

Join a gym and start lifting weights
