If you do the Atkins diet, you can eat a lot of proteins and fats - and you lose weight very well. Atkins says to eat what you want of that - don't worry about the calories. What you don't eat are worthless junk "food" - bread, pasta, Pop-Tarts.

It really works.

And what's nice... when you do eat real food, you don't get into these cravings which you're probably referring to. What you want is a food you can really pig out on - like you'd eat a whole bag of potato chips - but something with no calories. You want to eat Mass Quantities of something - like the Cone Heads did. This is a craving which is much more easy to handle when you eat real food to begin with.



lots of fruit and veggies. Try to eat 90% fruits and veggies, and the remaining 10% protiens and carbs. fruits/veggies are low calorie and highy nutricious. You can also find healthy recipies to make them more edible if you dont like them just plain/raw (boring!!!)
I just blogged about some great cucumber recipies. A 1 cup serving of cucumbers only has 16 calories! You could eat cucumbers all day and not gain weight!
