lower calorie diet, pure foods, no processed foods, cut down on sugar and fat
high protein, white meat, and plenty of water and fruit and veg.

and do exercises that use your legs, definatly run, walk and use your legs as much as possible



Running, walking. I had that problem before and I lost a lot of weight from my things from running and walking. good luck. Cuz its hard and the work will pay off. :)
