If you open the link above, it should bring you to the membership sign-up page. On the page, it says:
Monthly Dues (first month due NOW): $19.99
Processing Fee: $19.99
Enrollment Fee: $100.00
Total due NOW: $139.98
Total Fees per Contract Term (12 months)**: $359.87
Am I required to pay more than the $139.98 for a one year enrollment or will I have to pay the $359.87 to have a membership with this gym for one year? *confused and aggrevated*

You will end up paying the 359 for the year. You are required to pay the first month up front plus the other fees. Then you would have to pay 19.99 for the other 11 months of the year. You could also be charged state tax plus an additional $29 fee. It would be an automatic renewal until you cancel
You may want to read that contract or contact the location you plan on going to
hiya it looks like a minimum 12 month contract which will cost you a total of 359.87 if you join now it will cost 139.98 and then 19.99 for each month there after.
