Question: I don't have any exercise equipment but could you name some exercises i could do at home?
Answers:
jog, run, ride a bike, swim, run/jog in place, jump as high as you can every 5 seconds for 1 minute and a time (make sure you knees get high, you jump from your toes and land on your toes), Squats, Shadow box (just punch the air), push ups, sit ups, crunches and eat healthy
You can do sit ups, push ups , some squats, jumping jacks, stretching out your body its good for you
All of the above plus jumping rope is one of the top calorie burner exercises.
