how to lost 15 pounds during track?!


Question: How to lost 15 pounds during track?
is it possible? i have a family reunion coming up right now im 116-117 and im 5ft 2.25 and id like to be around 101-102 which is what i used to be(it was healthy) so yeah- stuff i should stay away from or not eat- stuff i should- ideas? what has a lot of protein? preferably vegetarian but doesnt have to be.

Answers:

Drink lots of water for one.
If you're a vegetarian, like me, get a lot of beans / nuts. Also cheese.
and surprisingly, broccoli does have a little bit of protein.
Just concentrate on eating healthy!
