How do I gain Weight?!

Question: How do I gain Weight?
I keep eating more than anyone I know. And I eat everything and anything. Cakes, meat, KFC, Mcdonalds... It all goes down everyday for the last 5 years... Still nothing. I exercise or dont, I still weigh the same.I lift weights, be super lazy and still nothing. I have been super lazy for like 2 years non stop. I still weigh the same. I even used to eat mayonaise with almost everything and still nothing. I am not under weight. My BMI is perfect. 22.9. But I want to bulk up more and have more muscle. Is there something I am doing wrong? My diet is quite balance most of the times. But even when I was on take out for over a year, still nothing.

Answers:

you need protein! The only way your going to "bulk" or gain muscle is by eating protein! The best time to eat/ drink protein is an hr to 1/2 hr before and after exercise. You can make protein shakes (peanut butter, protein powder, milk, and bananas) or have chocolate milk:

Try taking in more proteins.. Because this is what allows you to have muscles. Also often teenage boys are very skinny and it is hard to change since you have a good metabolism.. so either you wait until you grow up a little or you train everyday and eat a lot of things that contains proteins.. it will take time but it will work ! (eating McDonalds and bad stuff like that wont be good on the long run ..)
