I am 15 and trying to get more muscle. I have already been working out, and I am wondering whether Ensures or Muscle Milk is better for me helping get more muscle....

I would go with Muscle Milk, I dont use it, I get Body Fortress, a really cheap brand. But I have a bunch of friends that do use muscle milk and their really happy with the results.
No you should get a protein shake a lot of body builders use it. Also that was what Bruce drank all the time. It comes in a big can like coffee. It works because my brother works out and he uses it.
