How much fat do I need to lose (pics)?!


Question: How much fat do I need to lose (pics)?
I know I'm already a thin person but I still have fat on my stomach that I want to get rid of. What would be a **healthy way** to make my stomach look good by summer time (end of May)? How much cardio do I need to do a week? I already have a low calorie diet and I've tried to cut down but I feel like I'm starving myself -_- I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat any meat or yogurt so don't recommend that please.

You should lose around 6 pounds. Try a diet low in carbs and fat and high in protein. I would go with a vegetarian diet, it's healthy and the best choice.
Exercise: In the first 20 minutes you are burning just the glucosamine stored in your muscles, after 20 minutes you are starting to burn fat directly from your body. Do 20 minutes weight training with low weights and then run 30 minutes (I prefer thellipticalal machine, its good for your joints). In this 30 minutes you will burn fat stored by your body.

well im not just saying this but none. you look very healthy. it seems your little poof belly thing is because your body is made on a curve supplementing your butt to look good but makes your back push your stomach forward a little. You are healthy, and need no change, but if your looking for perfection, i would say you need to lose 5lbs but go for 10 so you have that buffer. if you want abs,which it looks like your body type is capable of, then look into the 100 sit-ups and so on or else just bicycle or run a little when you can.

ps. you are overall very hot/cutie. im not a weird old guy just so you know im 20.



You don't need to lose much fat but id say work the stomach muscles more then usual, maybe do 4 different set of ab exercises per day, and do them 25 times each, that would be 100 per day. Then work your way up and up. Tuna is good to eat along with most fishes.
You don't need to start yourself just eat more healthier snacks.

I don't see how you are on a low calorie diet, because my breast look a little bigger, my waist is 23-25. I am not starving myself.

Drink more water, it flushes out your food faster and you can burn more fat like that. Eat lots of grains, fruits and veggies. Stay away from junk food.



hiya, women normally should have about 22% body fat so try to find out what yours is. as for cardio you should do minimum 30 Min's 3 times a week just walking or jogging its only slow exercise in order to fat burn. after the weight loss which isn't much in your case you should do side bends, and sit ups just to tighten up the areas. good luck
