natural energy enhancers?!


Question: Natural energy enhancers?
I have completely cut out caffeine from my diet because i was starting to affect my sleeping and energy levels, But it's been a couple months and I find myself becoming very tired during mid-day. I don't like energy drinks or 5 hour energy or anything like that, but, I need to find something I can do/eat/drink to get through the day and stay focused. I work in an office so, theres no reason behind my sleepyness and I get my 7-8 hours of sleep a night. What can I do to get past that "2:30 feeling?" Thanks!

try taking vitamins, especially vitamin c and b complex. Also eat pleny of high protein foods. protein is a natural energy(eggs, fish, chicken, peanuts,protein shake ect...)

Try including a source of protein in your breakfast and get enough sleep at night. Also try and get up from your desk and go for a walk or something else active on your lunch break.



Try a spoon full of honey! Also, breathing exercises work great at a desk and they wake you up because breathing deeply brings more oxygen into your body/blood stream. Good luck staying awake!!!
