Question: I want to lose 20 lbs how many calories should i eat per day?
-i am 5'2
-20 years old
-and 120 lbs.

just curious about how many calories i should be consuming a day, i need to lose 20 lbs at least by the end of spring. i do not have a lot of excersise time, so i would like to know how many cals i should eat a day to lose that much with little to no cardio excersise. THANKSSS!

about 1329 calories.
I suggest trying to get exercise in though, that will deff help shed the lb's.
Also you cant eat junk food. the 1329 calories should be healthy calories and healthy fats.
-Eggs
-Oatmeal
-Greek Yogurt
-Lean meats
-Fish
-Nuts
-Fruits and Veggies
and only drink water
eat every 2-3 hrs to help speed metabolism
