Question: PRO ANA/starvation ?!?!?!?
plz dont be a c*nt and tell me all the bad things about starving for weight loss, ive done this on and off for as long as i can remember, i know everything, so dont waist your time(: i really need some tips and junk, its been awhile.

k so i need to lose 13 lbs. i know at first you lose water weight, then muscle mass and THEN it starts to eat your body fat..but how long do you think that would take? im eating no more than 500 cals and barley exercising, like saturdays i run A LOT and thats it hah, im too lazy :P

Well i'm pro ana and I went from 132 to 117 in about a month and a half. so that 15 pounds. Again tho, it depends on your body and how much fat you have. The more you have to lose the faster you will lose it. If you are already skinny it will take longer.



It really depends. You're body loses weight much slower when you're starving. It's a survival instinct to hold onto fat when it senses there is not adequate food. There is no way to estimate how long it will take to lose the weight because everyone's body is different and loses weight at different rates.

how long that little body is gonna live?! Your just gonna gain the weight back anyway as soon as you stop starving yourself. so stopp! The day you eat over 500 calories, you're going to put weight on. try seeing a therapisst, orr writingg inna diarry. it helpss. but dont starve yerseelf! donnt diee on meee <3



What you should be asking is how long that skinny little body is going to live. Do you know that the "muscle mass" you talking about includes your HEART muscles? You can have a heart attack at a very young age from doing this. Why don't you just try a healthy diet and more exercise. Your just going to gain the weight back anyway as soon as you stop starving yourself.

the best way to lose weight is to zigzag your calories between 400-1000.
but you can never go back to eating normally after this, i hope you know.
