good weight loss plan?!

Question: Good weight loss plan?
Hey, i'm 18 years old, male and 5 foot 10.

Over the last 18 months i've worked hard to change my lifestyle and i've lost 4 stone, i'd say medically im now healthy weight and i wear 30 inch waist clothes, so im happy with my work up till now.

However i'm having trouble with the final layer of abdominal fat and the love handle area, any significant weight loss is much slower now, over the past 2 months ive felt no noticeable change but luckily pictures i'd taken do show changes so i know ive not just hit a wall. But i am struggling.
I have good overall lean muscle mass, but my abdominal muscles are hidden by that last little bit of fat(i'd be surprised if theres 6lbs left to go at the most) so all the abb work ive done is for nothing at the minute because they're not visible.

so basically i just want to lower body fat percentage abit to look more toned in the core area.

My current diet and exercise plan is:

Breakfast: low sugar/wholegrain cereal or poached eggs on wholemeal bread.

Lunch: wholemeal sandwich, chicken salad or soup with a fruit salad or diet protein bar.

Dinner: Chicken steaks, turkey steaks or fish with either steamed vegetables(not potato) or tomatoes

If ive done more exercise than usual or after drinking water and waiting 20 minutes still feeling hungry then i will have another snack, but it is unusual and always healthy.

I have 1 cheat meal per week to ensure my metabolism is shaken up.

Drinks: Green Tea, Water or Black Coffee.(unlimited amount)

For Exercise: I go to the gym 3-4 times per week for roughly an hour or just over. I do a 2 mile run at 7.0mph on a treadmill, some high intensity interval training on the stairmaster and then i do some light weight high rep circuit training on weight machines.

My diet is on average 1500 calories a day, i burn off roughly 300 calories each gym session and its high protein, low carbohydrate.

Any helpful advice would be brilliant thanks :)

Answers:

green teas is a good idea...but make sure it is the loose kind that you find in oriental shops and not the commerical "tea bagged" kind you find in super markets..find a small oriental shop for this as well as their asian rice is much better quality .

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

So long as you are targeting the area with weight training, my only advice would be to step up the cardio.
