Question: How can i lose as much weight as possible before April first? ?
I'm going on a vacation to Hawaii and I would love to tone up and lose weight before I go. I am a 5'5 15 year old girl and I weigh 140 pounds. I know this sounds like alot, and probably is for my height ): but I'm not really fat. I'm curvy, very hourglass shaped with boobs, a small waist and a curvy butt. My biggest insecurity are my average legs. I would love to tone them up/ make them and my bum less jiggly. I can't go to the gym and no diet pills please. Any strict diets, exercises,etc are truly appreciated!

You can eat healthy and try to cut back on bad food, but I think you'll notice the biggest improvement if you add some physical activity to your routine. If you want to tone up and reshape your legs at home, you can do activities like lunges, climbing the stairs, calf raises, mountain climbers, etc. Going for walk, especially up and down hill, will have a huge impact on your lower half. You can find some great lower body workouts on Youtube. Check out the floor barre or New York City Ballet workout if you like to dance. It's definitely more for beginners than experienced dancers, but it's fun and really different!



Go for zero carbohydrates and high fat for 4 weeks and exercise at least 3 days a week for 45 minutes at a time. Workout like mad. Good hunting.
