Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: Ramen Noodles & a can of soda
Dinner: Milk, Chicken & Broccoli
Snacks: 100 cal. chips & 1 apple
Breakfast: 1 chopped red apple, 1 100 cal yogurt, 3 tbsp homemade granola & 1 tbsp unsalted peanuts (mixed together) & water
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Water, 1/2 full chicken breast, 1/2 cup green beans & 1 1/2 cup white rice
Snacks: 1 glass ovaltine (nutritional substitute for chocolate milk), 1 1/2 cup potato chips
