I need to get back in shape- im starting in soccer again this upcoming school year- also outside school soccer during summer- havent play for 2 year for an actual team (still did mock games occasionally) any recomended exercise plans/ diet (ie: what kinds of healthy food to eat- not a diet pill kinda thing) that would help? Thanks for the help!

Answers:
Exercise atleast 30 min per day (jogging is actually bad for joints so I wouldn't recommend it often), eat low sugar, no processed flour (whole grain), high fruits and veggies, and lots of protein and good fats!
dont lose weight, next time u go to the doctor and u get weighed, they will think somethings up, and you will need to put on 2 POUNDS MORE!
