try the special k diet! i did the special k diet for a month, and lost 20 pounds. For breakfast you have a bowl of special k cereal, for lunch you have special k granola bar, and then between lunch and dinner, have a fruity protein shake. Then for dinner have some kind of animal and a salad. Also, ONLY drink water. If you can, try to exercise. Maybe three times a week, every other day. You can do a 20 minute workout or something on exercise tv or something. Even better, try to find SOME kind of workout everyday. If you can go for a jog one day, then the next day you dont have time for that, try to do some crunches and pushups. try to do SOMETHING everyday. Something is mose than nothing. If you stick to this, you will definetly see results. Get different flavors of cereal and granola bars, and different meats and salads, and different flavored shakes. Good luck :)
