Question: Ways to lose weight w/out dieting working out or using pills?
im 14 and weigh 150lbs. :/ my parents always yell at me for not losing weight and they keep calling me fat and i just wanna prove them wrong that i can lose weight like that. help me please? :) thankyou.

I'm 15 and weigh 115, but when I was 14 I weighed 167. I feel you. Exercising is fun once you try, it makes you feel energized. And eating healthier makes you feel healthier. But eating hot sauce on your food will help increase your metabolism. Drinking green tea also increases your metabolism. (A high metabolism is what causes you to lose weight) Drink lots of water, you will feel less hungry. But don't ever starve yourself girl, its unhealthy and you will lose muscle and your hair. So just be healthy and follow those tips. And you can be on a diet and still eat yummy food, just don't eat to much of it. And pass on chips and dressing. They're full of fat.

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.



ok well i am 14 too and i weighed 145 too now i weigh 126. I learned that you can loose about 2 pounds a week if you cut back on bread. Walk for 45 minutes a day.
After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
