When i work out i throw up?!


Question: When i work out i throw up?
i work out very hard i only have 20 second breaks

what can i do to stop this?

after i puke i still conitune my work outs but how can i stop throwing up?

i drink this before my work outs and work out from 40 min to 60 min

i dont eat high fast food
or eat cake and stuff and if i do its after my work outs so i dont get sick

i also have protien with every meal

I don't even need to click on that link to tell you to stop drinking it. I don't know if thats what is causing you to vomit, but you don't need that drink.

You are working out hard-cardio or weights? What do you consider hard?

Before you workout, you can have a piece of fruit, toast, etc. Carbs & protein before and consume protein within an hour after, the sooner the better.

What kind of protein at each meal? Do you have carbs at each meal too? Are you drinking enough water? You could just be working out too hard for your body-start out slower and build yourself up to the intensity. Its hard to answer this accurately without more detailed information.



stop drinking that CRAP asap. you mine as well drink a red bull before. If you want to have energy for a workout look into prework out drinks. NO xplode, Jack3d, Super pump 250 ect...
