How much weight will I be able to lose if I do this for 3 months?!


Question: How much weight will I be able to lose if I do this for 3 months?
I am kind of fat and me and my dad are planning on going on a diet for 3 months. I will be going extreme and running treadmill like crazy, maybe for 30 minutes and do sit ups/push ups, and basic stuff at the gym. We will be at the gym probably for 2 hours a day everyday or 2. I will be eating very healthy, like homemade food, lots of veggies and fruits, no coke, and lots of water. If I keep this for 3 months how much will I be able to lose? Estimate?

15 at the least i would say. And i would recommend when you slim down a bit you do high intensity interval training and that would definately bump it up to 25 at the least
