I am 5'4 and 135 lbs.

In terms of healthy way to do it, about 6-8 lbs. The first 5 lbs is going to be water loss from exercising (assuming you exercise).



Depending on your activity level it is healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Cutting out 300 cals a day and jogging 30 mins a day will put you at losing about 1.5 pounds of fat per week.
