How to get rid of stubborn belly and chest fat?!
Question: How to get rid of stubborn belly and chest fat?
Hey,
So, I just have a question.
I've been lifting/running for a while now. Last summer, I broke my shoulder playing rugby and finally started to lift in September. But during that time, I would run 5 miles a day regardless of the shoulder situation. I weigh about 140 and I am 20 years old. I am a runner.
But I started lifting and went from 135lbs in bench to 190lbs in bench since December 24th. It's a huge accomplishment for me. After lifting, I would run 4-5 miles and then have a protein shake.
I also eat very healthy. I feel stronger and quicker but my body is not showing that. I still have fat on my chest and some in belly. I know spot reduction do not work so I up'ed my cardio but I just haven't been able to lose this fat on my chest. It's pretty frustrating because I workout so hard but all I'm getting is stronger but no results are showing. I have no idea what's going on. Any suggestions?

It's what you eat. 75% of bodybuilding is nutrition. I suggest taking your protein immediately after your workout before you do cardio. Try different cardio instead of just running. If you have access to a gym try using an elliptical. To lose fat try doing short burst of running/sprinting followed by a minute or two of walking. Trust me it works.
