Prom.. losing weight in time!?!


Question: Prom.. losing weight in time!?
So.. My prom is April 9th and I need to lose as Much weight as possible!
how should I lose at least like 15 pounds in that long??
I already have my dress and it fits me fine, but if i lost a few more pounds I think it would fit me better. so like what should I eat and do?

Answers:

It all depends on where you carry most of your weight. For instance, if you carry the most around the waist and stomach area, I'd recommend couch crunches-you lie on the ground, reach up to the bottom of the couch, then do crunches for 3-5 minutes per day for a week.

Also, like I just saw now that the person before me put down, eat less salt and blanched (white) foods, such as white bread and white rice. If you're going to eat these, go for whole grain bread and brown or red rice. Starchy foods also apparently cause acne, so you definitely want to stay away from them!

Wow I'm trying to loose weight for my senior prom on April 8th. I go to Zumba on Tuesday night, but going twice a week starting next week. I also Walk/run at least a mile everyday, after that I work in the yard or do some chores to keep my body moving. If you want your stomach to get smaller try wearing a sweat belt during these activites! Good Luck!



Drink water exercise everyday for 40 minutes. Eat more fruits and vegtables. shorten your portion sizes eat chicken or fish over beef.

Eat things with less salt and sugar.
