Weight lifting help/Advice?!


Question: Weight lifting help/Advice?
It has been a long time since I last lifted weights of any kind due to being in Florida, but I am soon returning home and would like to know a work out plan along with reps I could do starting at 100lbs and working my way back up to 200lbs where I belong, If anyone has any advice please help. Also how many days a week should I lift? Any help is appreciated.

Do weight that you can handle but is still a challenge for your exercises. I recommend doing 8 reps per set and increasing the weight each time until you cn only do 3 or 4 reps and the for your last set do lighter weight until failure. Lift hard and with high intensity.
