Question: When should I get a six pack?
I know that its hard to tell me exactly when because you don't know how much I workout and what I eat, and it would take to long to describe my exact workout routine, but I need to lose about 10 pounds of fat, I have been working out for the last 2 months and plan to continue. But I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and run about 10 miles a week, I have good eating habits and I am a vegetarian. I workout pretty vigorously and I spend 45 minutes every other day working on abs, I do a full body workout every other day and the days I don't lift I run about 4 miles. I am 5 foot 6, a female and I weigh 150 but I have 18% body fat. I just changed my routine from lifting different muscles everyday to doing what I am now, full body every other day. When should I get a six pack? Well a rough estimate.

You shouldnt have to lose much weight for it, but six packs are genetic, only some people actualy get them to show. If you can get one i imagine it wont be long.
Maybe a month or less.
since your a vegatarian jus make sure youre getting enough protein because if youre not itll take a lot longer
