Question: 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER!!! Body weight work out I need help please provide advice?
I want to get jacked put a muscle on my arms, flat rock hard abs, firm buff pecs, and strong legs. I want a perfect beach body.
I am 6' 150 male
What is a work out I can do with a pull up bar and things such as dips, squats, push ups...
I want to get extremely toned muscle and get a little bigger but I do not want to be a body builder really bulky
I just want to get jacked..
Can you provide a workout with those types of things?

Answers:

Remember to do as many sets of 10 reps you can do for each exercise that way it is equivalent to 1 reps with weights.
You wont be able to see the muscles if you have fat on top so cardio is also important.
Legs Day 1 Do as many sets of 10 squats as you can and the same with lunges. (This will completeley cover your legs)
Triceps and Chest on same day
Do as many sets of 10 push ups as you can. Remember the wider your hands are the more it works your chest and triceps if they are closer. So do half the sets wide and half the sets close.

Day 2
Biceps/Back
Do half the pullups with you hands facing in and half with them facing out. Pullups are harder so i suggest doing as many sets of 6 for hands facing in and 4 for hands facing out

Same day Core
Do as many sets of 10 crunches and 10 leg raises as you can

Day 3 Cardio Run a miles Or jump Rope for as long as possible

Day 4 5 6 Repeat day 1 2 and 3 with the exact same reps and sets

Day 7 Rest

On your second week
Do the exact same thing except add an entire set of 10 reps to each exercise
On the third week add another set

After a while you will stop seeing results so when you reach 10 sets of 10 reps for each excersise
Restart the whole program except with as many sets of 20 reps you can do and when you reach 10 sets again then do 30 reps per set
This way you will keep improving

You can also do different variations of the above excersises if you get bored

50 squats with weights
