Question: What is your tip for losing a few pounds a week effortlessly?
In total I only need to budge 6 pounds I've not shifted from xmas excesses!

Answers:

just do it gradually, you won't be able to do it effortlessly but if you eat slightly less and do 1 hour of light to moderate physical activities (walking, hiking, jogging) 3 times a week you will burn some fat HEALTHILY!

oh, also don't trust scales especially if you've been exorcising as part of your diet plan. keep in mind that muscle weighs a lot more than fat and those extra "pounds" might be calorie burning muscles

Catch the flu, but then you'll gain it all back as soon as you are able to eat again. You could also try to get a tape worm and end up with a vitamin deficiency and a huge worm in your gut.

Sorry for the joking, but if you're really serious about losing the weight then take the time to look at your eating habits, are you getting enough fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains every day? Stop eating food from a box that claims to be good for you and eat a piece of fruit. Once you've done this get up off the couch and freaking walk somewhere, anywhere. Don't like to walk? Then bike, swim, do yoga, dance while doing house work, do push ups, just be active every day.

Sorry to be a bit harsh, but I've been able to lose ~70 pounds (I went from 200 pounds to 130-125) it took me three years and I've kept it off another 4 years. Stop looking for a quick fix and make some lifestyle changes.



Easy, cut out all white carbs like potatoes, bread, pasta, anything with flour. Replace it with lots of vegetables and beans and lentils. This is called the slow carb diet.

You should not eat any sweets at all exept dark chocolate and every portion that you eat at a regular day you should make that smaller and yes walking is very good and doing some crunches every night can help.



Visit a bookmakers or casino. They are only too happy to help you loose pounds.
