Question: How do i lose weight?
Im am 16 years old 5'3 and im bout 300 pounds..i need to know how to lose weight fast and i cant do it my self. No body in my house hold will help me out. I need something like a list of what time and what to eat at that time and what to drink and things like that. Im the kind of person that needs to see it and yeah..you cant just tell me like what to do and what to eat, i need the times and everything. Im sorry im like that but i need really big help to lose this weight and my boyfriend is acting like he dont care but there is something telling me that he does and i just wanna look good for me and him...I really need this so if there is anybody out that that can help me then please. My mom had me on this doctor pill thing and i was 258 when i started and i lost 20 pounds in 3 months and my mom took me off of it because we didnt have money and now i am getting bigger. I need to save my life and i cant do it on my own so please help me make a list and what to do and eat at times.

Start a weight lifting routine. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall. Even if you can't get to the gym you can work out at home using things around the house. Invest in a good weight training book. The Dummies series actually has a good one.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts. Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.

Make your portion sizes smaller. Use a smaller plate - in our society we have become accustomed to thinking that we need a large plate of food at every meal, and we don't. About quarter of your plate of food should be protein and at least half of it should be veggies.

Learn to count calories. At your current weight and activity level, you may possibly need about 2000 calories or more to maintain your current weight. So you will lose weight at a reasonable and healthy rate if you cut back to about 1600 or 1700 calories a day.

Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.

Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses of water a day, and more if it is very hot, if you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely, and eliminate fruit juices. Fruit juices have too many calories, so get your vitamins from fresh fruit, not the juice. You will begin to see changes in your body.



If you are that young and that overweight you can't ask rude people on yahoo to help you. You are gonna have to do a lot of research on your own or visit a doctor who can put you on a plan that is healthy so you stick to it and it stays off. start doing cardio (jogging, swimming, yoga) exercises, aim for 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.

I can't tell you what to eat and at what time because i'm not sure either but remember to control your sugar tooth. also remind yourself to not overeat for each meal...just stop eating when you're satisfied

1. exersize when ever u have free time.
2. breakfast: celery with a little peanutbutter on it is good. just one., yogert is good, no bread!!! EVER!!!! its so fattening.
3.lunch: chicken,tuna,or steak salad. thats it do not eat anything else but salad for lunch.
4.Dinner: this is the hard part but it works. The same thing as lunch:) i lost 30 pounds and im 18 btw;)

Go on a diet it and workout and you should eat alot of fruits and vegetables and no sweets and if you eat stuff like chick bake it not fried foods and just eat smaller meats and snacks in between snack as in a piece of fruit.



Go to the gym early in the morning and get It done for the day. Then try to eat as healthy as possible and drink lots of water

Honey your at the point that whatever changes you make are going to make big differences fast. Thats the good part now for tough part. As you lose more and more it is going to get harder and harder. The easiest thing to do right now is start slow and easy and then build your way up. Stop the soda and junk food. No fast food. A little treat every now and then is ok (it will feels less like your depriving and more like your just cutting back) I would start out with walking 30min to an hour a day. Take that time to do that with the BF or put the head phones in and have some you time. Just start and keep at it and I promise your going to see great changes quickly.
