Question: Can you take ephedra with diet soda?
Also, I know all about the negative side effects and its being illegal in the US so please spare me. Thank you. =)
Answers:
Take it immediately when you wake up and then again later in the day. There is something called an ECA stack where you take ephedra,caffeine, and aspirin together. The caffeine helps to enhance the effects of the ephedra but you should only take 200mg of it. Too much caffeine may be dangerous to your heart so I would watch how much diet pop you drink. I feel one may be ok but no more. I in no way condone the use of illegal supplements, but people are allowed to make their own choices. Try the ECA to see a greater effect with what you're taking.
