Just ate alot? Is this ok?!


Question: Just ate alot? Is this ok?
At 11 oclock tonight i felt like i was going to pass out so i ate a bunch of food. Maybe 600 calories worth. Today i ran three miles along with other cardio like i do every day.
I just feel so guilty about eating all of that just now. Im 5'4 and 133 pounds, if i go to the gym tomorrow morning before eating willl it be reversed kind of?

Pigging out once in a while is ok. Don't freak out about it. Just do what you usually do.
One pig out once in a while isn't going to pack on any pounds.



Don't try to binge and purge. Eat a regular meal with plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and water. Over exerting yourself isn't the best option for exercising. Your body runs by homeostasis, regulating everything. If you eat like crazy one day, don't sleep the next, and run miles the day after, this can be extremely detrimental to your health. 5 a day fruits and veggies, 2000 calories a day, lots of water, at least 8 hours of sleep, and an hour of exercise should keep you healthy, don't over do it!
