Question: Pls Help Me.. Im on DIET and YOGA..?
My breakfast: 2 slice of wholemeal bread without butter or anything and 1 cup of tea. No milk.
Lunch : Vegetarian sup/oats
Dinner: Vegetarian sup or porridge/fruits
Everyday 30 min aerobics or yoga. mostly concentrate in arm.
PLS HELP ME..if i do like this for one mth,can i slim. Im going to marry...i need to loose.

jogging in the morning..don't eat to much rice..because rice is sugar when melted!
